All estimates provided by Boston Auto Glass Repair are free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed with service. Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the quote and may be subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle. A final price will be confirmed before any work begins. Services Provided
All auto glass repair and replacement work is performed by licensed, insured, and experienced technicians. We use OEM-quality glass and professional-grade adhesives on all jobs. Services include windshield repair, windshield replacement, windshield crack and chip repair, side window replacement, rear glass replacement, side mirror repair and replacement, and sunroof glass repair and replacement.
Safe Drive-Away Time
Following a windshield replacement, we will advise you of the recommended safe drive-away time based on the adhesive used and current weather conditions. We strongly recommend following these guidelines for your safety. Boston Auto Glass Repair is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from failure to observe the recommended safe drive-away time.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us promptly at (617) 579-8370 and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Our satisfaction guarantee covers the workmanship of the installation. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, road debris, acts of nature, or other external factors after the service has been completed.
Insurance Claims
We work with most major auto insurance carriers and can assist with the claims process. However, Boston Auto Glass Repair makes no guarantee regarding insurance coverage, deductibles, or claim approvals. The customer is responsible for understanding their own insurance policy terms. Any amounts not covered by insurance remain the responsibility of the customer.
